Based on the knowledge of the maritime regulations in force and the experience in the procedural exercise of the nautical legal activity of its members since 1998, the Nautical and Legal agency Leuba Mazcaray is able to advise and represent effectively the defense of their fiscal and judicial interests.
These interests cover areas such as sanctioning procedures, contracts of sale and maritime charters, special taxes, customs surveillance, legal services of seizure of vessels and Central Agency services.
